For over 24 years Michaela has run a skin and foot health clinic in Herefordshire and has provided educational material for others within the industry.
Michaela offers patients the ultimate in both Skin and Foot Health treatments for both medical and cosmetic conditions and has demonstrated the knowledge, understanding and skills required to receive the very prestigious Danné Practitioner Crystal Award for her achievements in Advanced Skin Revision and she is well qualified to treat many skin conditions. Meet Marisa, our experienced holistic therapist with a wealth of knowledge accumulated over 12 years in the field. Marisa’s journey in holistic therapy began with a unique approach—she trained blindfolded, which not only honed her intuitive abilities but also instilled in her a deep understanding of her clients' needs. Building on this foundation, Marisa sought to elevate her practice by training in the innovative NO HANDS MASSAGE techniques developed by Gerry Pyves, adding a distinctive and expert touch to her therapies. In addition to traditional reflexology, Marisa is skilled in hands-free reflexology, providing a diverse range of therapeutic options to suit every client's preference.
Furthermore, she offers rejuvenating hot stone therapy, utilising this deeply relaxing technique to enhance the overall therapeutic experience for her clients. With her extensive experience and dedication to holistic well-being, Marisa brings a unique blend of intuition, skill, and expertise to her practice, ensuring that every client receives a personalised and nurturing therapeutic experience that rejuvenates both body and spirit.

Michaela only uses and recommends advanced topical skincare with high strength actives & sophisticated delivery systems. All of which must be scientifically advanced and clinically proven. Michaela researches her brands thoroughly and will only use a brand that is based on cosmetic science, clinical trials and research which includes co-operation and backing from pharmacists, chemists, and physicians.
It is fundamental to have a product which has gone through the strictest guidelines to ensure both the safety of the product and that the product is able to treat the skin condition in which it is labelled to treat.
Examples of the brands that Michaela incorporates and uses within her clinic include: DMK, ZO Skin Health, Neostrata, Skin Better Science, Cyspera, Skin Boosters, Fillmed, Clinisept, AproDerm, Dermatonics, Gehwol, PodoExpert and Feet Calm (new brands introduced regularly).
They are proven to penetrate the layers of the skin to visibly resurface, repair, restore and refine the skin as well as improving skin conditions such as photoaging, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, acne, reactive skin, severe dryness, callus, and more.
Our retail products require a consultation to ensure that we achieve the best possible results for your skin concern. Our aim is to achieve results that are progressive rather than a short-term fix. Short-term fixes can result in future skin issues such as post pigmentation rebound, reactive skin, flare-ups of existing skin conditions or premature ageing etc. Most skin care products that we retail are similar in price to shop-bought ranges, so you need not spend any more than you currently do.
